Minister: Sea ports of Mariupol, Berdyansk ready for grain exports
MOSCOW, Jun 7 (PRIME) -- The sea ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk in Ukraine are working as usual and ready to ship grain, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Tuesday.
"The sea port of Berdyansk has started working as well. Under an order of the supreme commander-in-chief, we are ready to load grain in these ports," Shoigu said.
He added that demining of the port in Mariupol was complete.
Shoigu also announced an upcoming relaunch of railway connection between Ukraine and Russia, including the eastern regions of Ukraine and Crimea.
